EXTRACURRICULAR
- Choir sings often at Mass and school events
- SJS Choir sings with the Mater Dei Honor choir every year at Segerstrom Center for the Arts
- Performed the National Anthem at the Honda Center for the Anaheim Ducks game
- Drama students have an opportunity to act, sing, create set designs and direct a weeklong running play every year
- Orchestra and Band are offered to grades 5 – 8 as electives with instruction by Mater Dei teachers
- After school programs offered include: golf, chess and cooking
- Student council that encourages leadership
